At Haven Ross, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • Be in the original packaging with all included accessories

  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 DAYS from the date your order is delivered. After this period, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 7 DAYS for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability). Please contact us at havenn.ross@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products (if opened or used)

  • Any item not in its original condition

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
